My Journalistic Debut

You know, for all the intelligent things I have said in my life it had to be THIS that got me quoted in the BBC :) Yes, that is right, I was the one chanting "Don't Die, Don't Die" as David Blaine heroicly tried to drown himself last night in Lincoln Center.

Stroopwaffles are these crazy dutch mini-waffles covered in honey that dutch people live off of. But they are more than just food. THey are an icon of dutch culture. Take away windmills, tulips, stroopwaffles and those funny toilets and the dutch would be just like the rest of us :)
